IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
CHECKING IN
The Orchard House has a self check-in policy starting after 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival. If you need to check-in earlier, please contact the Innkeeper.
Prior to arrival, all guests will receive an email and/or text message with your personal check-in codes.
An entry door code will be provided as well as a room door code. if you have any questions and/or concerns about this process please contact us in advance.
CHECKING OUT
The Orchard House has a check out time of 11:00 am. Please contact us to request a later departure time if needed. When leaving, please scan the room for personal items; we will take care of the rest.
PARKING
All inn guests have a single reserved parking space in our parking lot. The reserved spaces are designated with a sign marked "Inn Guests Only", closest to the buildings on the left hand side.
If you require space for an additional vehicle, please use unmarked spaces. Note: The parking lot is shared with other businesses and two spaces are reserved for the handicapped.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Each room provides its guests with information to assist you during your stay: WiFi/password, breakfast hours, quiet hours, the use of the common refrigerator in the dining room, recommended dining & entertainment.
